Passport Photo USA is an independent online tool that helps you crop, format, and check a photo so it meets the U.S. Department of State's published passport and visa photo requirements. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of State or any government agency. We do not process, submit, or file passport or visa applications. You submit your photo yourself through the official government channels.
Photo requirements are set and updated by the U.S. Department of State. We make a good-faith effort to reflect the current published requirements, but we do not guarantee that any government agency will accept a given photo, as acceptance is at the sole discretion of that agency. Always review the current requirements at travel.state.gov.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any photo will be accepted by any agency.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the photo in question.
